WebHybrid configuration, we still have some mailboxes on prem but are mostly o365. I have a shared mailbox issue and I need to login to the web outlook (not 365) to see if they're getting mail or its a problem with the desktop app. Is there a way I can do this? I am not helpdesk so I do not interface with users and this issue was escalated up to me.
